The place was really good and staff were lovely , tasty food with a reasonable price. I felt really good staying there only one thing I didn’t like it’s the bed was two single bed out together which felt uncomfortable to sleep.

She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.
